Eric Brown - Workshop Presenter - Singles Eric Brown grew up in the Conservative Baptist Church, was an exchange student to Brazil, and argued theology in High School with his pastor. He was pastor-taught since he was 19, and has been active in church ministries most of his life.
Eric came “OUT” to friends and family in 1991. He has served in and contributed too many non-profit organizations in the Pacific Northwest before moving to San Diego, in 2003. He has been active in issues such as homelessness, sexual minority youth, AIDS and breast cancer.
In business, Eric has been a financial advisor since 1992.
Eric has spoken nationally on issues as diverse as financial planning to grief, discussing grace as well as profit. He has motivated people from 18-94 to take a new look at their lives.
His humorous and sometimes blunt conversational style is laced with mercy, concern, and stories. He shares from the heart of someone having faced loss, grief, and betrayal, while clinging to Hope, Faith, and Forgiveness.

COMMITMENT is a wonderful and necessary thing in the Body of Christ. Rev. Judy and Rev. Darletta Horn are fully committed to the work of the Lord and to each other. They celebrate 27 years as a couple in Feb 2010.
They have talked with many and have shared what they believe it takes to have a successful relationship and to maintain it through the rigors of a busy dedicated ministry and life. May the time you spend with them enrich you, encourage you, teach you, and challenge you to be all that you are meant to be in Christ Jesus!

"Living in the Valley"
Presented by Darlene Bogle
Darlene was the assistant pastor at the Hayward Foursquare church for several years, until being asked to resign due to her sexual orientation. She had directed an ex-gay ministry with Exodus International for 10 years.
Upon coming to a clear understanding of God's grace, and acceptance, she joined in ministry with Soul Force; and Beyond Ex-gay and is an outspoken activist for Social Justice for the Gay and Lesbian Community. God has equipped her to minister the Scriptures with compassion and insights that restore the soul. She has authored several books and continues to write stories of redemption.
